Trips winding through valleys and trips summiting mountains? Trips volunteering with service partners while others raft down rivers? Perhaps our best hope is to
All but one of our leader pairs are out in the field with students this evening, which is a remarkable occurrence. That is 26 different pairs of leaders leading nearly 250 wonderful kids through 26 different itineraries. A number of those trips are in the early stages of bonding together and becoming the Apogee families
The number of activities going on in the Apo-world today is mind blowing! In the last 24 hours we’ve had folks: hiking in Acadia, volunteering on the Cape, putting the first mile behind them as they pedal through Vermont, paddling sea kayaks, soaking in sunsets, and even reaching their final destination – ~600 miles later!!
Day 18… the number 18 makes us think of becoming an “adult” (whatever that means!) and what growing up is all about. Apogee trips are about growing up in some ways but also are just as much about being a kid! We hope for our students to learn about group living, looking out for those
