As I am writing this, it is the eve of the Mayan apocalypse. Most of the following will have no relevance should the prediction prove true – if so, I apologize!
In any case, we wanted to let our faithful blog readers know that our plans for the January Roadshow (our annual trek across America to meet new families and catch up with alumni) are solidifying nicely. We’re going to be spreading the word about the very best summer biking, hiking and community service trips in the land throughout a large swathe of the country and hope to see as many of you as we can – please check our locations and dates here. Whether you’re in Manhattan, Cincinnati, Charlotte, many places in between, we can’t wait to see you! Send us a quick note or give us a call to RSVP and get the specific address of the presentation.
We’re also looking forward to firing up the Apogee Adventures webinar machinery again in February. Webinars are a great way to learn about our programs for teens if you’re not able to get out and see us in person in January. I should note, however, that while webinars are a useful tool, they are not perfect: you still get to hear Chad’s bad jokes but, unfortunately, you will be unable to marvel at Kevin’s choice of plaid shirt. Stay tuned for specific dates and times.
As ever, if you are not able to attend a slideshow, we’re very happy to try and arrange an in-home visit at your convenience when we’re near you. Please be in touch for more details. You can always find us at firstname.lastname@example.org; email@example.com; or at 207.725.7025.
See you soon!
