We often say that at Apogee that we’re one big family, but it’s not until you experience an Apogee Trip that you truly understand what that means. When you take a step back and see the group as a whole, the magic becomes undeniable. Watching a group of strangers transform into a close-knit community through endless laughter, effortless conversations, and shared experiences is something truly special. Alaska Mountains & Coast (AKMC)
After an awesome, and well-deserved, rest day, the Alaska Mountains and Coast crew was ready to hit the water for a full day of paddling through Alaska’s stunning wilderness. It was the perfect opportunity to slow down, soak in the scenery, and enjoy an awesome day on the water. When they landed at their new camp they enjoyed games and spending quality time all together!
Alps Explorer A (AXA)
Today was a “choose your own adventure” kind of day for Alps Explorer! While some students enjoyed their day on a scenic train ride, others spent their day hiking to a beautiful glacial view and river! Who can complain about a picnic table overlooking one of the most gorgeous views in the world! While the views and adventures of the day were great, everyone’s favorite part of today was uniting as one whole crew!
Caribbean Service Puerto Rico (CSPR)
The crew started the day with a fun morning of community service on the farm, working together and giving back to the local community. After a rewarding morning of teamwork, they set out for an incredible day hike that led them to a beautiful swim spot. It was the perfect place to cool off, relax, and enjoy some well-earned time together. It was the kind of day that perfectly captured the spirit of the trip: meaningful work, beautiful surroundings, and plenty of adventure along the way.
Dolomite Mountains & Croatian Coast (DMCC)
Hiking on top of more hiking+ a cold plunge = an epic day! That is exactly the kind of day that our DMCC crew had! The Dolomite crew enjoyed a day of hiking filled with views that felt unreal. To top it all off, they enjoyed a cold plunge in one of the many glacial lakes they’ve passed along the trail! Everybody is looking forward to an evening of delicious dinner and lots of fun games!
Europe Coast to Coast (ECC)
Up and over the Central Eastern Alps! The Europe Coast to Coast crew spent the day winding through mountain tunnels, taking in breathtaking alpine views, and enjoying a ride. On Day 21, the miles have turned into memories, and it’s clear just how much this group has grown together. With every laugh, shared story, and scenic stretch of road, they’re making the most of every moment of the journey.
Iceland Mountains & Coast (IMC)
Today, the Iceland Mountains and Coast crew spent an unforgettable day exploring one of Iceland’s largest glaciers! Equipped with helmets, crampons, and ice axes, the group geared up for an incredible adventure across the ice. After an action-packed day on the glacier, the crew enjoyed a well-earned, relaxing afternoon to rest and recharge before another exciting day of adventures tomorrow.
New England Mountains & Coast (NEMC)
There’s nothing quite like catching incredible views of the Presidential Range throughout the day! The NEMC crew enjoyed a beautiful sunny day surrounded by mountain scenery, with plenty of fun moments along the way. From an amazing hike, to restocking supplies and reenacting the entire World Cup Final, to cooling off with a refreshing swim. Between the views, the laughs, and the unexpected moments, it was a pretty great day all around.
Northwest Mountains & Coast (NWMC)
Day 2 of the crew’s three-day kayaking adventure through the San Juans was one to remember! Between paddling across the water and exploring one of the region’s most remote islands, the day was filled with lush forests, scenic trails, and endless opportunities to take in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Now on Day 7 of the trip, the crew is settling into a rhythm together, and it’s been exciting to watch new friendships grow with each shared paddle, campsite, and adventure.
Pyrenees Mountains & Coast (PMC)
The crew woke up to a beautiful morning in the Pyrenees Mountains of Spain, enjoying breakfast at the refuge before setting out on the day’s adventure. The group spent the day hiking through stunning landscapes filled with unique rock formations and sparkling alpine lakes, taking in the incredible beauty of their surroundings every step of the way. Along the trail, there were plenty of laughs, great conversations, and unforgettable moments shared as the group continued to make memories together in the mountains.
