While we’re still waiting on the first snow of the season here in Maine, we’re already excited for all that summer 2022 has to bring. We’re making our lists (and checking them twice!) to make sure everything’s in order for what we expect to be our best summer yet. As such, we wanted to share
Today is Day 49 of the Apogee summer – and that’s the first time we’ve ever been able to say that. For whatever reason, this summer happened to start a bit earlier and end a bit later than year’s past, which means that we’ve never actually had a Day 49 before (let alone Day 50,
We said some goodbyes to both Maine’s Downeast Explorer groups and our final Golden State Adventure trip today. Though it’s always sad to see our students leave for the summer, we can’t help but look forward to catching up with them again in the future for another adventure! Now that the summer is coming to
Time for a take on a classic Apogee pastime…Spotify Roulette. For those unfamiliar with this activity, everybody in the van adds a song to a Spotify playlist. Leaders then shuffle the playlist, play a song, and it is up to everyone to guess who added that particular song. We are going to tweak this round

Pura Vida! A big blog welcome to the folks at Costa Rica Language & Community from all of us in the Apogee office! And to everyone else joining us for today’s illustrious blog post, welcome back! Today was a big day for the Apogee family stateside and abroad. From surfing to backpacking, the verdant hills
It’s Day 4 of the summer and we have plenty to be excited about! To start, we get to welcome our Caribbean Service, Northwest Explorer (A, B, and C), and Pacific Coast trips to the blog, so everybody please give them a warm, Apogee family welcome! While our new students arrived and settled in, we
